Fall Camp Counselor/Staff Signups 2025
Camp Counselors, Servant Help, and Committee:
Thank you for your interest in signing up to help at the Apostolic Christian Jr. High Boys & Girls Fall Camp! Fellowship, singing, food, and games are the highlights of this weekend camp. Students are challenged by their counselors, special speakers, and by songs to live in a way that pleases the Lord and brings glory to His name! The 2025 Camp is scheduled this year for Friday September 26th at 4:30PM - September 27th at 2:00PM at East Bay Woods Camp-Lake Bloomington with the theme of “Fishers for Christ.” The theme verse is Matthew 4:19, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." Cabins will be different types of fish! ALL help are REQUIRED to register on this HC website!
Tentative Schedule:
Friday, September 26th
4:30 - Counselors/Servant Help Arrive
5:30 – Campers arrive, registration
6:30 – Supper
7:30- 9:30 -- Games, singing, skit, message
9:45 – Devotions
10:00 – Snack and free time
10:30 – Games and Campfire
Saturday, September 27th
8:30 – Rise and shine / personal time
8:45 – Breakfast
9:30 - Cabin devotions
10:15 – Testimonies
12:00 - Lunch
1:00 – Games/pictures/clean up
2:00 – Camp ends, farewells, parents pick up campers
Directions to East Bay Woods Camp-Lake Bloomington
From I-39 (North of Bloomington-Normal/off I-55):
Take I-39 North to Lake Bloomington Road exit (exit8). Turn right off of the exit and drive 3 miles to the next stop sign. Take a left at the stop sign and follow the road along the lake to the Ron Smith Memorial Highway road; turn right. Follow RSMH road until you get to the Woods Camp on your left.
From Route 24:
Take I-39 South to Lake Bloomington Road exit (exit 8). Turn left off of the exit and drive 3 miles to the stop sign. Take a left at the stop sign and follow the road along the lake to the Ron Smith Memorial Highway road; turn right. Follow RSMH road until you get to the Woods Camp on your left.
