Salaam Week(end) - Oct '26
SALAAM WEEK
Living the Way of Peace • An Immersive Discipleship Experience
Jesus said the greatest commandments are to love God with all our heart, soul, and strength—and to love our neighbor as ourselves. In today’s world, our neighbors include people from many different backgrounds, beliefs, and worldviews. Salaam Week invites followers of Christ to grow in discipleship while learning how to love and engage our Muslim neighbors with respect, humility, and truth.
This long week-end experience blends intentional learning with meaningful interaction. You’ll explore what it means to abide in Christ more deeply, and how that abiding shapes the way we see and love people whose stories and cultures are different from our own. We practice listening before speaking, dialogue over debates, and presence before persuasion—grounded in the biblical call to love God and love our neighbor.
