If you are registering for your child, please note that this is a multi-step process. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions.

  1. After you login or create an account for yourself, you need to add your child as a family member to register her for camp.  Details of how to do that can be found here:  Setting up a Family Account
  2. Once complete, login as your child by selecting the drop down next to your picture in the top right, select the appropriate opportunity, and then apply.
  3. To verify that you are registering your daughter, her name will be at the top of the application page.

A letter to the campers . . .

We have another exciting Girls’ Camp planned for the summer of 2024! Our theme for this year is “Bread of Life,” and we have some memorable activities planned to help us learn about Bread that strengthens, Bread that satisfies, and Bread that saves. (Sounds like some pretty special Bread!)

As in the past, we will also have time for special workshops, service projects, outdoor fun, water games, canoeing, basketball, volleyball, skit night, and singing around the campfire. We are excited about Camp Menno Haven’s facilities and all it has to offer for our fun-packed four-day stay!

We would love to have you join us! If this is your first time, ask an experienced camper how much fun they had and if you are a former camper, come join us again! It will be super fun!

After you register, we will email you a list of what to bring, but above all, don’t forget to bring your Bible! Let’s learn about how much we are wanted by God!

Love,
Your Camp Staff - Darleta Gramm, Amber Miller, Kristy Kieser, and Ashlyn Gramm

A letter to the parents . . .

We, the camp administration and counselors for the 2024 Apostolic Christian Junior High Girls’ Camp, are looking forward to working with your daughter. We are thankful that our church has given us the opportunity to share the joy that we have in serving God our Father. The camp is under the authority of our elder body through a group of elders called the “Working Committee for Camps.” We feel God’s hand upon this camp and pray it will be a blessing for your daughter both now and in the future. Our theme this year is “Bread of  Life.” During this crucial time in junior high, girls need to believe that God is actively working in their lives.

* Parents are responsible for getting their daughter to camp. Camp Check-In is from 1-2 on Thursday, June 15th. Parents are also responsible for picking up their daughter on Sunday, June 18th at 11:30 a.m. You are welcome to join us for Sunday worship at 9:30 at the camp's chapel.

Registration will be limited, and spots will be filled in a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to 7th and 8th graders (girls who have completed 7th or 8th grade). 6th graders (girls who have completed 6th grade) who register will be added to a waitlist. We will let those on the waitlist know if there are spots available on June 1st. If you have questions regarding camp, feel free to contact Darleta Gramm at (309)-824-8270 or email [email protected]

Sincerely,
Your Camp Staff and Counselors

About Camp . . .

The Apostolic Christian Girls’ Camp was founded in 1993 by a group of sisters from Indiana who were devoted to the ministry of reaching young teens. The first camp of 1993 was held at the Fellowship Hall in West Lafayette, IN, with about 30 girls attending. Over the years, God has richly blessed the camp and it has grown to over 100 girls attending. In the past, we have held the camp in both IN and IL. We are now at Camp Menno Haven in Tiskilwa, IL. The camp has spiritually benefited both campers and counselors. It has been a blessing to witness the development of friendships and conversions due to Christ’s boundless love for us.

Mission Statement . . .

To reach out to 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls by encouraging them to develop the attributes of devotion, character, and service while offering them an environment in which they can meet and make lasting friendships and together praise Jesus with other girls and counselors in the Apostolic Christian Church.
