Journey week was truly a heart journey for me. A week of spiritual growth & reflection, emotionally exhausting days but at the same time so relaxing & refreshing. The week is very well organized & prayed over as each day just continues to build upon what you learned the previous day. With it being in this specific location we had the opportunity to try many different ethnic foods, (which were all incredibly delicious), go to another religions place of worship, have dinner at a refugee’s home, and visit shops & parks.
Journey week is an incredible resource and opportunity we have in our Apostolic Christian Church & I highly recommend & advocate for anyone to participate. It was a blessing to meet folks from across our churches to spend a week such as this and now walk away as great friends with shared experiences.
